A father-of-two who was found in a river months after going missing had used cocaine and cannabis prior to his death, an inquest heard.

A week-long inquest into the death of Ambrose Ball started today (January 11, 2016) at North London Coroner’s Court in Barnet.

The 30-year-old had disappeared after a night out at The Fox pub in Palmers Green, Enfield, in January last year.

He was reported missing on January 24 when the wreckage of his car was found in Watermead Way, on the border of Tottenham and Walthamstow.

I am in full belief that all including the CPS and Cindy Butts have not seen or been made aware of the full extent of what happened to my son on 24/1/2015....

The first recording is Sharon Freeman Woods, Stewart Hill and Barry McCarthy in the very first conference that was held 16/4/2015 a week before the body was found where they showed us very little CCTV footage as you will also hear as McCarthy had every excuse in the book as to why he cld not get the CCTV footage to show.

As you will also hear just how much of what really had taken place from the marque in the beer garden to where my son is then on Fox Lane without his top on that has been left completely out of this 1st showing of the CCTV that was shown to us.

Alpesh the person who handed over a new toothbrush that he had taken from his mothers home in Barnet when my son and Alpesh lived in Tottenham yet none of this was ever taken on board and was totally dismissed by all even Andrew Walker.

Sharon Freeman Woods also says in this 1st recording that the two males fighting by my sons car were two unknown males when we know that by 16/4/2015 one of those two unknown males had made a statement and was handcuffed that night and un handcuffed and dropped off to South Gate kebab shop by Enfield MPS who attended the Fox Pub on the night in question, that being one of the MPS witnesses Vinny Glegg.

The other so called unknown male was Hill and Woods only credible witness Thain Linden who claims to be the last person to see my son alive this being the same person who had made 4 different statements the first placing himself and one of the suspects Dion Chopping in my sons car after the Fox had closed and my son gave both Thain Linden and Dion Chopping a lift to South Gate and dropped Dion off at S.Gate station and my son and Thain went on to Arnos Grove, Daddios 24 hr store.

Thain then went back the next day and changed his first statement and said he had made a mistake that he and Dion did not get into my sons car when the Fox had closed but they both got a lift from someone else in a Saab to S.Gate and my son just turned up out of no where.

We have never seen any CCTV footage of S.Gate as Olisa, Hill and Woods have all said they have seen this footage at S.Gate of my son and those mentioned at S.Gate standing next to my sons car this we are yet to see..

But what Hill and Woods did show that is backed up by what Woods is saying that I now believe is what was shown to the CPS and all else that Haringey MPS and Victor Olisa wanted you to see and not what really had taken place and I am almost positive that Hill and his team have not shown you what is missing in this that is as you hear in this recording that all that was in between the marque and onto Fox Lane without a shadow a doubt makes those out to be the peacemakers and I wld have said NFA to what we were shown but for the fact that the man that was show to us in this very same meeting getting into my a car was two sizes too big and did not walk with a limp that my son had from being on a traction that caused one leg to be slightly shorter than the other that caused my son to walk with a limp.

When Walker said at one of the pre inquest hearings "now we can move on now the family has seen the footage of Mr Ball leaving the Fox Pub".

I said "we have not been shown my son leaving the Fox Pub your Honor, THAT WAS NOT MY SON GETTING INTO THAT CAR". Walkers reply was "what makes you say that was not your son getting into the car"? and I replied "well the man they showed me was 2 sizes too big for a start and the man did not walk with a limp that my son had after a car accident when he was 9 yrs old".

It was then that Walker had ordered for all the 50 hours that MPS claimed to have has to be shown to us and only then 7 mths after my son went missing did we get to see all that I am so sure Hill and Woods have kept from all that have decided to NFA the suspects who are clearly not the peacemakers in any way shape o form, in fact the complete opposite and I hope after you hear just how I have been lied against that the right thing is done and the right investigation is carried out and the CCTV footage looked at from the beginning by a complete new team because as you can imagine I have reached a level of tolerance that I never ever thought I cld reach.

I sent a email to Lawrie within days after the inquest ended for the attention of Andrew Walker along with Thain Lindens, the credible witnesses 3 statements that said as I have out lined earlier where by I needed Andrew Walkers reassurance that if he had the same Statements in front of him as part of the evidence would his findings have been the same? that I needed to be reassured.

I needed to know if Walker had full knowledge of what is seen on the CCTV footage that my twin sister and I were left to view that in anyone's eyes as seen through the eyes of the law that what we have had to witness over the mths leading up to my sons inquest that I can only but believe that Walker could not have had Thain Lindens different statements in front of him because if he had then Thain cld not be seen as a credible witness? I have never had a reply back from from that email.

Now I wld like to think that those who have NFA those who clearly can not have seen the whole of the CCTV footage in full with the attacks on my son or they most definitely would have followed a totally different line of enquiries than what Hill and Woods have gone on or I have got the law totally totally wrong as I believed it to be and that is there are no laws for me to follow when it comes to what those are getting away with and I am not joking when I say this because it is as clear as day that those who Woods and Hill have deliberately edited all the CCTV from the Fox Pub to make those look the peacemakers when it is very clear that it was my son who was the peacemaker and those who the CPS had NFA as the peacemakers are in fact my sons main attackers.

This is what one of those in Hill's team Steven Perkins who I am taking a personal law suit out on as I am with Rebecca Bird who stood and swore under oath that she had never ever spoke to me over that week end, in fact she went on to say that she had not been on duty that week end, this is something on its own that has become personal as she looked me right in my eyes and used info my sons baby mother had passed over against me by saying, "I remember the first time talking to you because you spoke of it being your grandsons birthday" when this just was not true, what I said was. "I know my son would have been home because he is taking his children as well kips aka Darren Fosskits children to a friends birthday party and my son has never ever let the kids down before", and this is as low as low as the law/system has gone with me.

As for the treatment and the levels that Steven Perkins and Gemma Goldburge had taken me too is just too much to even show you only the courts will hear just how far I have been ignored and played to the point I can no longer sit by without so much as a single person responding to all the emails that I refuse to continue on the line that I should never be on in the first place.

What Steven Perkins said on one of the days of CCTV viewing in this next recording, just this on it's own should tell you that my sons murder is being covered up and all involved that I have have spoken with over the past 2 years and 4 moths knows that the truth of the night my son went missing has been covered up with the help of the BBC.

Andrew Walker ordered for what is heard in this recording to be investigated.

YET STILL UP TO TODAY NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN MENTIONED BUT TO COLLECT MY SON CAR OR IT WILL BE DESTROYED AND TO BURY THE BODY THAT STILL HAS NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY THAT IS MY SON AS YOU WILL HEAR IN THE RECORDING THAT FOLLOWS STEVEN PERKINS.

None of this was mentioned in the BBC Documentary Yet I have had Clair Johns record 10 mths of hearing this yet not a single word of this has never ever been mentioned to anyone media or others.

I had sent the 3 different statements that were made by the only witness that was the MPS only credible witness too Andrew Walker the first statement placing Thain himself and Dion Chopping in my sons car when leaving the Fox pub and my son offered them both a lift and my son dropped Dion Chopping off at S.Gat station and Thain and my son went onto Arnos Grove.

However Thain went back the next day to say that he had made a mistake that he and Dion did not get a lift from my son but got a lift from someone else and my son just appeared out of no where at S.Gate and then my son offered Thain only a lift to Tottenham.

Dion Chopping being the very same person who was NFA as the peacemaker that you can clearly hear in these recordings of the CCTV footage we were only allowed to see 7 mths after my son went missing ordered by Andrew Walker because what Sharon Freeman Woods, Stewart Hill and Barry McCarthy had shown to us in the first and second conferences that were set up, the first on 16th of April 2015 before the body was found and the second within a matter of days after the body was found and in those meetings we were shown CCTV footage of a man getting into a car who was two sizes to big to be my son and the man did not walk with a limp.

This being what Hill felt had no bearing on my sons murder so was left out of Hills investigation but showing Juian Justine as the peacemaker who clearly is not, did have a bearing on my sons murder.,

I strongly believe that a gross miscarriage of justice has happened here and I am hoping that all I have shown proves that a conspiracy has taken place here and the fact that I was left from approx 8:30am when I was first told about what had taken place at the Fox Pub by Alpesh Saturday morning when he came to my home to tell me my son is missing and gone into hiding this being the call I made to MPS and the second call was approx 10am when I made Alpesh take me to where he claimed my son had left his car to find no car and my son never to be alive again.

I can not except that all that had taken place at the Fox pub just an hr before the car apparently crashed and was all has been totally disregarded and left out of every single thing that has ever been said, written or shown all concerned in what and how my sons murder investigation has been sabotaged and this I will not just simply be left without so much as a look in as this would be criminal not only against my son but his whole entire family.

My sons CT scan report details have been changed as well as having all the wrong details one having my sons DOB totally wrong. 1st JANUARY 1981 when my sons DOB as written 2nd MARCH 1984, this is not down to a simple typo error, this was deliberately done.

I did not ever see one single uniform all over that week end come to the marshes to help me look for my son not until Monday 26/1/2015 approx 3:30pm only on the call of Feak aka Jason Wright who claimed to find a jacket that was not even my sons this is 5 hrs after my self and my twin sister went into Collindale police station Monday morning approx 10am with my sons REAL toothbrush and his gray Nike tracksuit that I handed over too Rebecca Bird who I asked to see as it was she who I was talking with over the week end as she was the only one of 3 that worked in the dedicated missing persons unit so it would be only she I wld be talking with if I need to call or give any updates.

Yet I was ignored and left at the marshes in the first most important and crucial 48/72hrs in the freezing cold sat this is after PC Ive and partner had camre to my home to collect something with my sons DNA on it this was approx 9:30pm Saturday 24/1/2015 yet i was still waiting until 3am to the point we had to leave as it was a freezing cold I will never ever forget, the MPS did not turn up to help me look for my son, the same on Sunday and Monday until the call about the jacket was made and then and only then did I see one single uniform at the marshes that showed they had no intentions of ever taking my sons disappearance serious as they sent a dog that could only pick up scent up to four hrs and despite Mark lying under oath that he did not say to myself and my twin sister about the 4hrs as there is no such thing as a 4 hr dog, this is all on the courts transcripts yet on the call log sheets that the call handlers who may I add done everything within her power to get unit YR to please attend a repeat distressed caller who is at the location to never seeing one single officer attend my calls.

when we asked Mark why have your bought a dog that can only pick up scent up to 4 hrs when my son has now been missing for well over 56 hrs? Marks reply was he did not know but to show as long as something is shown on paper that a search had been carried out.

Jennifer Gillian was a witness to this in court and heard this said under oath yet on the call handlers sheet it is said by one of the call handlers that the search had to stop because of poor light and the dog cld not pick up anything what so ever from the jacket and the fact that the rain and the dog that can only pick up scent up to 4 hrs and the rain may have played a big part in not getting anything positive from that search carried out Monday 26/1/2015. approx 3:30pm being the first time Isaw any officer at the marshes since my son had gone missing, I know because I was there.

All the other searches that Victor Olisa had mentioned in the BBC documentary "This is Tottenham" including all the telephone checks and so on, all had not taken place until 5 days after my son went missing and Clair Johns, David Lammy, BBC and Victor Olisa made it come across as if they had done everything by the book and too the law when they have left out all that had happened before Victor Olisa and his watch had taken over and that Victor Olisa has helped to cover up and try to convince me that I an wrong and the law is right and now he has gone.

I can only end with saying I have every single right to have my sons murder investigated and if you were the parent of what you hear in these recordings then I can just only hope to God the right thing is done.

Pure RESPECT to you for just that alone and God bless you.

I have sent this Email on to all those concerned and if this email still has those confused then I might as well leave my situation and forget about all that has remained unaddressed and unanswered and do what a mother will do with no laws set in place that I can see that can stop me from making sure those who are seen on CCTV footage attacking my son are investigated and the main snr investigators who are a million per cent covering up for Enfield MPS who failed my son on the night I know my son was murdered and from the day I have been asking I have never ever had my voice heard.

I do hope you can make sense of it as I am sure you can, but of course I have hrs upon hrs of every meeting, phone calls, convo that have ever been held that concerns my sons murder.
