Animal Mutilation & The Gov'ment Cover Up
 The phenomenon of animal mutilation is not appropriately named. Animal surgery would probably be more accurate. Very specific zones within the UK have been falling victim to repeated clinical animal mutilation since at least 1954. The injuries found on animals (often sheep) are bizarre to say the least, and conclusively cannot be carried out by animals. There is, as yet no firm understanding of whom or what is carrying out these attacks, but just as worrying, the mainstream media (including the farming media) and the government do not want people to know about these incidents and employ people to actively cover up this mystery.
In 2009, with the help of researchers from the Animal Pathology Field Unit, Richard D. Hall made the TV documentary “Silent Killers” which explores the phenomenon ( watch it online here). He then started a campaign lobbying the government to release information which DEFRA and other government agencies hold about the problem. In his talk Richard will describe the evidence behind the blatant government cover up and ask who is behind the control of information to the mainstream media in the UK.

Richard D. Hall Bio
Richard graduated in electrical engineering from Newcastle University in 1990. He worked on engineering projects for NEI (latterly Rolls Royce) from 1986 until 2002. He then left the profession to work as a freelance IT consultant and web designer. Over the last 3 years Richard has researched the UFO and other related phenomena and launched the website richplanet.net in early 2008. Since then he has produced 2 documentaries and a series of TV programmes which are being screened on Edge Media Television (Sky 200).
