The film footage was taking by a gentleman on a bus who was casually filming a passing aircraft.

The footage shows what appears to be intelligently controlled glowing orbs. One orb is larger than the rest and at one point smaller orbs are seen to be ejected from it, then proceed to dance around in a fashion which suggests intelligence and control

These lights are clearly not Chinese Lanterns, and are clearly not conventional aircraft or falling space debris. The are a genuine unknown.

It is beleived by many that these type of ''glowing probes'' are un-manned alien craft, which are used to serveille the Earth.

The Mexico City video footage - by witness Pedro Hernandez - is amazingly interesting to watch. He was riding a bus at the time of the original sighting on May 22, 2009, at 5:40 p.m. This video has received more than 382,000 page hits, and more than 3,200 comments by viewers.

The witness says he was able to get the bus to stop so that he could get out and continue to video tape the UFO.
